My Story

I struggled with my own demons for years…..eating disorders, addiction, people pleasing, you name it….until God slapped me in the face and showed me exactly what needed to be done to live an honest, fruitful, and healthy life.

I do not have a label. Yes, I have won awards in personal training, but big deal. Yes, I have studied nutrition, psychology, and Spiritual warfare. I am a clinical massage therapist, writer, musician. I’ve bartended, cooked, health advocated, been a marketing coordinator….heck, I even went to school for hair/beauty, as well as pharmacy tech…..so, yes, I have the knowledge base, creativity, and a level of skill that lends to many people and situations, which is why……..

I AM YOUR PERSON. But, frankly, I’m not cheap; and I don’t deal with nonsense. You want a real life change…..only then call me. I do not coddle. I do not play games or argue about my methods. I do not work with people looking for weight loss only. I am best for special populations, elite athletes, and business professionals. I deal only with people who make the commitment. I work only with the people who can hear truth, listen to instruction, and trust that I just may know what I’m doing. I may sound harsh, but sometimes truth, hard work, and faith in something bigger than yourself is what is needed to be successful in every area of your life. I push you there. I’m weird. I do things differently. It works.
